GameOn (“we”) provide a service (the “Service”) to you as defined in our Terms of Service through the GameOn Android and iPhone mobile applications (the “Apps”).
When you use the Service, we collect the following categories of personal data about you:
When you sign up for the Service we collect the following data: contact email address, password, user name.
You may voluntarily provide the following data under your user profile in the Apps: location around which you wish to be notified of new events, date of birth, sports you are interested in playing.
We will collect the following data when you use the Service: location where you search for events, events you view, join, leave, messages you post on the event chat, venues you view and follow, players you view and follow.
We will collect the following data when you use the Service: time and date at which you access the Service, technical information about the device you use to access the Service, including the device model, screen size and resolution, operating system, internet carrier / bandwidth.
We will also collect timestamps and details of actions you perform in the Apps and error / crash details in log files.
To facilitate online payment for an event, we collect the following payment card data if you choose to pay for an event online: 16-digit card number, 3-digit card security number, card expiry date.
If you make an online payment through the Apps we collect the following data: date and time of the payment and the event against which the payment is made.

We will process your personal data in the following ways to deliver the Service to you:
1. Analyse details of actions you perform in the Apps and error / crash information to maintain and improve the Apps.
2. Display in the Apps your user name in events that you have joined and date on which you have joined, public messages that you have posted in events and time at which you posted them.
4. Personalise the Service to you by sending you curated game invitations, updates from organiser or venues you have followed, alerts to new chat messages in events you have joined, and other recommendations.
We may send you third party advertisements or display them in the Apps.
If you click on an in-app advertisement, you will usually leave the Service and be transferred to a third-party website. We are not responsible for any third parties’ content and privacy practices and any Data you provide will not be covered by this Policy.
We only share your personal data with third parties to deliver our Service to you:
As part of the Service, your user name and App usage statistics (for example, how many events you have joined, or when you last logged in) will be displayed in the Apps to facilitate organising and joining of events.
As stated in section 1.5 of this Policy, if you choose to pay for an event through the Apps, we will collect and share your payment card data to our online payment service provider.
We do not store your payment card data on our servers. We only transmit, securely, your payment card data to third party service providers to facilitate the payment you wish to make, and if and only if you instruct us to through a check box in the Apps, store the payment token provided by third party service providers which enables you to make future payments without having to enter your payment card data.
The payment tokens are designed such that only we can use it to make future payments on your behalf, and we do not share it with any third parties except the online payment provider that issued it to us.

You may request that we provide a copy of your personal data to third parties in csv or other commonly available format, by contacting us by email as described in section 9 of this Policy.
We do not use your personal data to conduct any automated decision making as defined under the GDPR.
Unless you have requested us to erase your personal data, we will retain your personal data for as long as required to provide the Service to you.
As stated in the Terms of Service children under the age of 13 are not eligible to use the Service. If we become aware of any accounts being opened and operated by children under the age of 13 we will immediately delete any data associated with such accounts.
We may from time to time make changes to this Policy to reflect changes in the Service. We will notify you in advance of such changes through the Apps or via email.
